Since the pool is shaded by trees, it remained too cold to use through the spring and early summer. GSS was contacted for a practical solution.

4 - 4x10 solar collectors were installed on the roof. A 3 way valve allowed them to utilize their existing pool pump to move the water through the solar collectors. During the hottest months, the water can be pumped through the solar collectors at night, to help cool the pool.

The family is excited about their 9+ month pool season! We'll be checking back with them in the fall.
